Why I Only Check Email Three Times a Day
Last week, I focused on limiting email checks to three times a day to improve productivity. The structured approach helped reduce distractions and gave me more control over my schedule. While resisting the urge to check my inbox was challenging, using email filters and delayed responses made it easier. Moving forward, I’ll continue reinforcing this habit to maintain focus and minimize unnecessary interruptions.
