Take Something Off Your Plate to reduce overwhelm in your workload.
After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to pause this podcast indefinitely. While I love connecting with you each week, recording and producing this show has become the thing that tips my weekly workload into overwhelm. Letting go of it—at least for now—is the best way for me to take care of myself and stay focused on what I do best.
Web designers and solopreneurs who need permission to stop overcommitting and start choosing ease and sustainability.
Ask for Client Reviews
Last week’s habit was about requesting client testimonials—something I didn’t manage to do. And that’s okay. I’ll be asking at least one client for a review this week, because done is better than perfect.

Declutter Your Digital Space
Last week’s focus on digital decluttering brought a fresh sense of clarity. Cleaning up files, organizing cloud storage, and taming my inbox helped me feel more in control. By taking small steps like tidying up daily and setting aside time for cleanup, I noticed better focus and less mental clutter throughout the week.

Review Your Onboarding Procedures
Last week, I focused on building a more consistent onboarding process. Moving from casual emails to a clear roadmap has helped me set expectations and streamline communication. By reviewing my current system, creating templates, and adding automation, I’ve saved time and made clients feel more confident in our working relationship.
I'm speaking on Friday, April 11th at 4pm EST at the Web Agency Summit. My topic: Grow your Agency, Not Your To-Do List. You can register using the link below:

Start a Client Newsletter
Last week, I focused on launching a client newsletter—a habit that reinforces connection and keeps my clients in the loop. Choosing FloDesk helped me keep the process simple, and planning ahead with a content strategy made it more manageable. Sharing my schedule, updates, and helpful tips not only reminded clients of the services I offer but also strengthened relationships. I’ll continue refining my approach based on feedback and analytics.

Why Tracking Your Work Makes a Difference
Last week, I focused on keeping a daily work journal—a habit that’s helped me feel more organized and confident. Logging tasks and meetings each morning came naturally, but staying consistent in the afternoons was tougher. Reviewing my journal reminded me of how much I actually get done and gave me a renewed sense of accomplishment. I’ll continue journaling and explore ways to stay motivated throughout the day.
